Can’t reset Logi Circle 2

    Dear lmciwe​,

    Thank you for contacting Logitech! My name is Yogi and I will be helping you with any issues you have today. I understand you would like assistance with your Circle 2 camera. I am happy to help with anything you need. Please follow the troubleshooting listed below:

    - Press the reset button until the LED flashes green and magenta.
    - Try to press without the plastic cover.
    - Especially the wireless Circle 2 needs a firm press until it resets
    - It might take longer then 8-9 seconds until green and magenta comes up

    Note: When pressing the button too long, the Circle flashes red and magenta and after restart it still might flash red and magenta. In this case try to do a reset again, but let loose once it flashes green and magenta.

    If the issue still exists, please provide me with the below information:

    1. Your email address.
    2. Let me know whether the Circle 2 camera is Wired or Wire-Free.
    3. Share the video of reset of the Circle 2 Camera.

    You can share the video by uploading it to your iCloud and share the link of the video.

    With this information, I'll be able to look into this issue further.
