    Dear Jared,

Thank you for contacting Logitech! My name is Yogi and I will be helping you with any issues you have today. I understand you would like assistance with the Circle View Camera.

Please confirm whether you have followed the below steps to reset the camera:

    1. Power on the camera by connecting the USB connector from the cable into the provided indoor power supply and plug this into a compatible wall outlet.
    2. Locate the button on the back of the camera.
    3. Press and hold the button and let go when you see the rapid blinking magenta Status LED and hear two beeps (about nine seconds).
    4. The camera will reset itself. You’ll know it’s successful when the camera Status LED turns solid green which indicates that the camera is ready to be set up again.

Please provide a recording of the reset process you have performed, if it is not successful, at circleteam@logitech.com. It will help us look into this issue further.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,
    Yogi

    Hi,

I have the same problem. I bought today Circle View camera. I tested it succesfully on the kitchen table with my iPhone and video was ok. Then I installed the camera on other room and camera didn’t connect to iPhone any more. Reset function seems to work okay because the light status goes green according your instructions above. But camera doesn’t pair with iPhone any more. I ties to pair about 30 sec. and the comes information ” unknown error, not posibble to pair”

How can I get my camera to pair and operate with my iPhone?

    Best regards,

    Raimo
