Mac OS 11.6, iOS 15.0.1, Doesn't accept as a new device CircleView Doorbell
Up to date Mac Big Sur 11.6 and iPhone iOS 15.0.1 AppleHome kit doesn't accept the CircleView Doorbell as a new Device. I've rebooted the the Doorbell as instructed and tried multiple times. The HomeKit sees the Doorbell's code box, and attempts to add it as a new device but, with the Doorbell plugged in, after 5 or 10 minutes, announces it can't add the new Device.
The CircleView camera was accepted without incident and is working fine.

Dear James,
Thank you for choosing the Circle Doorbell.
If you cannot get the doorbell to add to the Homekit please check/do the following:- Factory reset the doorbell
- Try Pairing doorbell on both bandwidths 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz
- Make sure that all of your home hubs and your pairing device have the most recent iOS update
- Reset network settings on pairing device: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network settings
- Try using a different device to pair the doorbell
- Restart your WIFI router, then restart your Apple home hubs and pairing device
How to pair doorbell to another bandwidth:
To change the band that the doorbell is connecting to your will need to do the following:
- Remove the doorbell from the Home Kit
- Connect your iPhone or iPad to the 2.4ghz or 5.0ghz network
- Factory reset the doorbell
- Add the doorbell back to the HomeKit
Best Regards,
Yogi
