    Dear 66yrxbfxr4,

Thanks for reaching out to Logitech Circle Support! My name is Yogi and I will be helping you with any issues you have today. I understand you would like assistance with the Circle View Doorbell.

If your doorbell is not connecting to your network or your HomeKit there are a few steps I'd like you to try.

    1. Attempt to use a different wall block/USB cable to power the device. Please ensure the wall block you plug the cable into has an output of at least 5v and 2a
    2. Check the Apple device you are using, and ensure it is on the latest firmware version.
    3. Attempt to reboot the Apple Device
    4. Attempt to reboot the home network
    5. Attempt all pairing methods (NFC, QR scan, and Manually entering the code)

If these steps do not work, attempt to reset the doorbell itself. The steps are as follows:

    1. Disconnect your unit from power.

    a. If your device is currently in its mount, use the included ejector tool and push it into the small circular opening on the bottom right of the device, and press firmly. Once you hear the lock release, you can then carefully remove the main unit from the mount.
b.If your unit is connected to a 5V 2A USB power source via a micro-USB cable, remove the USB power cable from the device.

    2. Keep the unit disconnected for at least 30 seconds before proceeding to the next step.
    3. Press and hold down the doorbell button and while doing so, plug the USB power cable (connected to a 5V 2A power source back into the device. DO NOT LET GO OF THE BUTTON.
    4. Continue to hold the button as the status LED changes its colors. Let go when you see the rapid blinking magenta Status LED (9+ seconds after applying power).
    5. You’ll know the reset is successful when you hear two beeps and the unit returns to the ready to pair state (solid green status LED)

** NOTE: If you do not hear the two beeps this indicates the reset was unsuccessful, and will need to be reattempted.

Let us know if this helps!

    Best regards,

    Logitech Circle Team
