HP Pro C920 - the control panel is suddenly missing

Hi,

a few days ago I did some updates and since then the controlpanel is suddenly missing.
Windows 7 - Logitech HP Pro C920.
It was so important because I could set the exposure manually there.
What can I do?

  Hi Ines, please try the below steps: 

  -Re-seat the device from one USB  port to another. Use 2.0 USB port. Do not use a hub or switch.
  -Disable temporarily your computer's firewall
  -Disable "USB Selective Suspend" settings: Control Panel > System and Security > Power Options > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings > High-Performance (drop-down) > USB Settings > USB Selective Suspend Settings (Disable)
  -Update the generic drivers on your computer
  -Clean boot the computer
  -Try with another computer
