Logitec Circle View not recording video
Hi. I am currently on a long trip. Before leaving home, I bought the best (as I thought) home kit compatible security camera so I could see that my house was fine. I connected the camera to my Apple TV 4K home hub. I set up the camera to record any movement and send notifications if it detected any. For the first three weeks, everything was fine. Until now. Today I asked my relatives to water my plants. I was surprised they did not trigger the camera. I opened the home app to see what was going on, and I found out that the timeline interface that allowed me to rewind the recordings was missing. There was no way to see what happened, and the camera did not send any notifications. The camera just silently stopped recording and sending notifications and was available in live stream mode only. And I can't see any previous recordings. Later I found this thread from 2020:

How am I supposed to delete and reconnect the camera 2000 miles away from home? This issue was reported more than a year ago. Why this isn't fixed yet? I thought that investing $160 in a webcam and increasing my iCloud plan to 200GB would give me peace of mind. Oh boy, how wrong I was. What am I supposed to do now?
I am disgusted! This is a security device. Why does it fail silently? What a shame!
