    Hi all,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please find the steps/link below to resolve the issue:

It is not possible to use one Easy-Switch button to at the same time change both your mouse and keyboard to a different computer/device.

We do understand that this is a feature that a lot of customers would like. If you are switching between Apple macOS and/or Microsoft Windows computers, we offer Flow -https://www.logitech.com/product/options/page/flow-multi-device-control. Flow allows you to control multiple computers with a Flow-enabled mouse. Flow automatically switches between computers by moving your cursor to the edge of the screen, and the keyboard follows. Please make sure that the Logitech Options communication channel is not blocked by any firewall or antivirus application. If the computers are connected via VPN, it may not work as expected.

In other cases where Flow is not applicable, one Easy-Switch button for both mouse and keyboard might look like a simple answer. However, we cannot guarantee this solution at the moment, as it is not easy to implement.

Let us know if you have any questions or concerns at any time in the future.

I'm having the exact same issue. Weird part is that it was working for several months but stopped 3 weeks ago.

Thanks for your reply Prem L. Hopefully the geniuses at Logitech will find a way of implementing it since it does seems like a feature which should be there and as you say, other customers have requested it.

I just hope its a software rather than a hardware limitation because I've invested quite a lot in this combo and don't want to have to wait for an MX Keys II and MX Master 4 ;-)
