    Hello Luke,

Thank you for reaching out. We kindly request you to try the steps provided below:

    1. Check if the headset is detected in device manager.
    2. Check if the headset is selected as default device under "Sound Properties" (right click speaker icon and select "Playback Devices").
    3. Plug the USB cable into a different USB port.
    4. Avoid using KVM Switches, Port Replicators, and USB Hubs.
    5. Limit the use of USB 3.0 ports.
    6. Try the headset on another computer and see how it goes.
    7. Try using another 3.5mm jack and test on different devices.
    8. Update the device's firmware:
    • Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)
    • Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings
    • If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
    9. Try on another computer.

Thanks Arvind, I've tried all the above several times over the past 2 weeks.

The headset works perfect with all games except Halo Infinite, I have to aim, 45 degrees up or down to hear anything behind me, something wrong with the Y-axis spacing of the audio.

The only fix so far is to not use Logitech drivers, witch makes the G Hub unusable as the headset appears as (setting up) always.

Would love to be able to use my pre-sets in G Hub, unfortunately I cant.

    Hello Luke,

Thank you for following up on your case.

The problem occurs because according to Windows, the audio output device is configured to be on 7.1 audio channels (regardless of your settings in your 3rd party software), rather than the Stereo that Halo Infinite is expecting.

You can check your configuration by right-clicking the sound icon on your taskbar > Sounds > Playback > Select the device > Configure. The first page on the window that pops up says Choose your configuration and lists the Audio Channels options. If it lists Surround 7.1 instead of Stereo, that is likely the source of your problem.

If you are able to select Stereo as an option here and click through Next on the following pages, your issue should resolve.

If you have only one option for Surround 7.1. Kindly try the below-mentioned steps:

    1. Open Device Manager.

    2. Expand Sound, video and game controllers (not Audio inputs and outputs)

    3. Right click your output device and click Update driver

    4. Click Browse my computer for drivers

    5. Click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer

    6. Select USB Audio Device and click Next. This will install the generic audio device drivers for this device instead.

    7. Restart your computer (potentially optional, I had mixed results -- definitely best practice though)

    8. Return to your Sound control panel by right-clicking the sound icon on your taskbar, clicking sound, and navigating to the Playback tab

    9. Select your output device, and click Configure

    10. You should now see a Stereo option. Select that, and click through Next to finish the configuration process.

    Thanks Arvind,

Your advice is perfect, ( for a temporary fix)

But this is what ive already done to fix my audio in game,,   And it completely disables my Logitech G Hub audio interface, this is the issue I was bringing forward.

If you get me, its like i may not even be using my Logitech headset anymore, if it docent work in the game I'm  playing.

    Again thanks for your help,
