    You guys sent me the same message in my email too...In the time it took you to write that you could've just answered my questions. It's no wonder you guys have such bad Tech Support service ratings. It's like you do the bare minimum possible to just shut us up so you can move on and then claim you solved the problem. 

    Thanks for literally nothing.
