Thanks for reaching out and we apologize for the inconvenience.Please be informed that C310 is not compatible with Camera Settings software now as this software does not work anymore. We are sorry to say that you cannot customize the webcam with this software.

If it's not too much trouble, be educated that C310 isn't viable with Camera Settings programming now as this product doesn't work any longer. We are sad to say that you can't alter the webcam with this product.

I have a couple of clients who lost connection to logic tech webcam model c310 a higher version what I can do to resolve this issue I have done a driver update, windows update to roll back driver, etc none helped any solution. also, I could find a driver for C310 on the logic tech website.

We request you to perform the below mentioned troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue:
1- Power off your computer
2- Please connect the camera directly to your computer using the factory issued USB cable.
3- Power your computer back on.
4- Proceed to the System Report and expand ""Cameras"" and ""Imaging Devices"" in order to see if your camera is recognized by your computer.
5- After confirming that your computer is recognizing your computer, download the Logitech Capture application using the following link.
If the issue persists, please try on a different device
