Circle View camera

My new circle view camera (firmware version 8.2.64) installed just fine with HomeKit.  Everything seems to be working except I don't see any streaming video on the AppleTV.  I see the camera but the video is blank.  There is a camera icon with a slash through it on the video screen.  The strange thing is when I first click on the camera with my AppleTV remote I see a still image of what the camera is seeing.  It disappears in about one second going to a black screen. How can I fix this?  How do I update my firmware?  Am I on the current version?
