How do you handle support for small Logitech products like webcams?

    I don’t have a particular approach, as I do it all by myself, but I think my key to success is being nice and taking ownership of the issue. For example, if a customer is having an issue with a product and I do not know the solution, I simply say that I don’t know and I will find out. This is where the so-called “attitude” comes in. I am very pleasant in my emails and for the most part, customers will respond positively to that. I try to find as many relevant documents as possible before I answer a customer, just so that I can help them as much as possible.
