    I don’t get “no response” as often as you did but yeah it does happen here and there. If anything, I do wish it would display a bit faster when I bring it up in Home. The 8-10 sec delay can be really annoying when someone rings. I’m not sure if it’s a hub thing or a network thing, even with three Eero Pro 6 here and seemingly no major interference.

    Thanks. Am still having  issues. I really suspect that the software hasn't caught up with the new iOS. Can't prove that, though.

    Having the same issue. I’ve probably reset this POS around 20 times. Works for about 5 minutes then drops.  I have a Google WIFI probably a foot away from it. One of the most frustrating products I’ve ever purchased.

    Have had no more issues since I deleted and reloaded everything related to the doorbell.Now that I have all of my devices (iPhone, iPad, HomePod, and iMAC) with the same settings, I have had no problem.

    I’ve reset all of my devices, HomePod, Apple TV, ipad, iPhone. Still nothing

    I am experiencing the same issues. I have reset this POS probably 15 times now. It only works for about five minutes, then drops. A Google WiFi router is probably a foot away from it. One of the most frustrating products I have ever purchased. Check the Blog for a production company.
