I purchased Qty 2 Circle 2 cameras with window adapters in 2021. The one unit was working however it naturally stopped working when my WiFi router was changed. I did not hook it back up until today. Now, it shows BLUE PAIRING MODE however it will not connect. I have performed the CAMERA RESET (hold button for 9 seconds) and also unplugged and left unplugged for 40 seconds before trying again. Same result.
The second unit I have not had time to hook up (I've been busy). I took it out of the box today and it simply blinks purple. It will not pair.
I am seeing a pattern. Is it just me, or are these Logi Circle 2 cameras a problem? Obviously they are out of warranty now. I am just upset that the 2nd unit which was brand new out of the box will not work either.
Please advise. Thank you for any guidance that you can provide.
