No connectivity and constant green light
My Logi 2 circle camera turned green and has no connectivity anymore . I tried to reset it but no luck . I could appreciate some advice

problem is not solved....
my logi circle2 (with cable) turned suddently green (constant green light) and cannot connect anymore.
My camera is older than 2 years and out of garantee
Logi support gave me some general advice via email (but alleready tried these) and then suggested to get a new camera!
i don't find this type of support adequate
does anybody have the same issue or any better advice

I have the same issue, Circle View camera suddenly went offline (shows Not Responding in HomeKit). I tried holding the reset button which changed from purple to constant green light, but still not online. Also, tried power cycling from the source to no resolve. Assuming the camera needs to be deleted and re-added to HomeKit. Anyone know how to re-add without the pairing code/numbers?

I have the same issue. Brand new Circle View camera. Worked for a while and then switched to 'Not Responding'. After deleting from HomeKit and resetting the camera by holding down the reset button, the light is now constant green and it doesn't appear in the Home app for pairing.
Interestingly enough, my router shows that it is still connected to Wifi, so clearly it wasn't a full reset.
