Unable to config Circle View camera

I bought and configured my Circle View camera tinto my Apple Home. It was not used until I got my Apple Home Mini. Now I am trying to reach out to Circle View but it is not working with Apple Home. I deleted it from Apple Home and trued to reset Circle View camera but I cannot follow the instructions because the status light does not go into blinking magenta with 2 sounds… it only blinks Cyan. When I press and hold the button in the back of circle View, it reaches a steady magenta but it does go into blinking nor making 2 sounds
