Circleview doorbell chime compatibility

I have a circle view doorbell that is now working fine except it doesn't ring the indoor chime. The chime kit led goes blue when the doorbell is pushed but the chime doesn't make noise. I have an old IQ America 2404 digital chime that may be the problem. I'm happy to replace the chime with a new one, but I want to buy a chime that's compatible with the doorbell. The problem may be that this chime requires a diode when using the simple push button to activate it. Or it may be just old and not working for some other reason. Does the doorbell style that requires a diode work with the circleview and could someone recommend a chime that would be compatible
