    Hi Jimo,

    Thanks for reaching us. We do not suggest using any third party softwares as there will be an issue with compatibility and performance. We would request you to please check if the:
    - Latest VC++ is updated or install the latest VC++ for your windows OS version

    - Latest Windows Media Pack is updated or install the latest Windows Media Pack for your windows OS version

    - If you have computer peripherals of another brand and use their application/software for settings make sure their application is uninstalled till you are able to install GHub.

    Now, please try the below steps to help fix the issue you are facing:
    1. Uninstall G HUB
    2. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager
    3. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder
    4. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder
    5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder
    6. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder
    7. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor
    8. Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}
    9. Reboot the PC
    10. Re-install G HUB: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html

    I have blocked automatic updates and every time I boot my PC I close the app and restart it before I play any games (especially F1).

    The issue I have faced with pretty much every version of the G Hub application is that my G29 wheel doesn't get detected. Most of the times, the app shows "Connecting" under the wheel. I have to close the app and then restart it to have it detect the wheel. Even when the wheel is detected, when I get into F1 the setup stays at default, which means that the steering wheel maps the physical 900 degrees to the 360(ish) of the game. Besides, I have to manually add the executable to the profiles as it seems that G Hub cannot detect F1 through Steam.
