Video Doorbell reset issue

The Doorbell work around 5 minutes and after that starts slowly blinking yellow with short green. I tried to do a factory reset but it's not working. I released it from the plate, pressed the key and plugged it into the USB. It slowly blinks magenta with yellow and nothing happens. I can press the button for 10 or 100 seconds but it’s not reset to factory settings. It is not added to homekit. Homekit says "Accessory not found". I tried to restart my router, restart my Hub, delete Hub from Homekit and add it again. Unfortunately nothing changes. Is someone have any ideas what I can do?
