Harmony Elite & Sharp 24BE0KR TV

I have had the Harmony many years now, updating devices as they expire, but I have a problem with the above TV.

It is not on the Harmony database, but didn't worry, thought I will just teach the Harmony from the supplied Sharp remote.

The Harmony accepts these commands, but the TV just ignores them! Never had this happen before so at am a loss as to what to try. Any help would be appreciated as I don't want the inconvenience of using two remotes.
