    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out. We would request you to please try the below steps to help fix the issue you are facing:

    1. Follow the below link to the support page.
    https://support.logi.com/hc 
    2. After opening the support page, below the Logitech logo on the top left corner of the screen you will find an option to register your product.
    3. After clicking on it you will be redirected to a sign in page.
    4. Create a new Logi account and sign in.
    5. After sign in you will be able to register your product.
    Note: Make sure to create a new Logi account.

    If you are still facing the issue registering your product, follow the below steps:
    1. Clear cache, cookies and history of the browser you’re using.
    2. Try on a different browser.
    3. Try on the incognito tab on Google Chrome.
    4. Try on the in-private tab on Internet Explorer.
    5. Try on a different computer or mobile.

    If the product still doesn't get register, please write back to us and we will be glad to assist you futher.

    I tried on a different computer and browser as well. I am not able to register my new keyboard.

    I had the same problem from more two years before. I got the answer for my situation until I contact the logitech customer support in 30 minute.

    their product have two s/n. one in the box, and the other in the device, and they are different s/n.

    I didn't know why they have two sn, but the customer support told me I have to use the sn on the device, and I registered my products.

    we need use the sn one the device.

    Vaibhav Bhargava you might need to use the sn on the device. my keyboard is G915. it is on the center of back of keyboard.

    Hmm. Strange.

    Now for some reason both serial numbers are now registered as "products" against my account. Along with a horrific UI blunder.

     

    It now says that I have two distinct keyboards.

    To scan a QR code for product warranty registration online, simply scan the QR code using a smartphone device and register it online. If your mobile device can't detect a QR code, you can opt to download a QR code reader or scanner.
