    Thank you for contacting us.

    I would recommend you to please try the following troubleshooting steps and see if the issue can be fixed. 

    1. Uninstall G HUB
    2. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager
    3. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder
    4. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder
    5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder
    6. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder
    7. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor
    8. Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}
    9. Reboot the PC
    10. Re-install G HUB: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html

    Hey! 

    I figured out a way to do it, it's cumbersome but it works in the end.
    You have to download a much older version than the ones that are active now. I downloaded it from this link https://logitech-g-hub.uptodown.com/windows/descargar/4255915 since Logitech doesn't let you do it from their site. After it installs it, you have to manually update the program to the current version and that's it. The process is long and repetitive but it is the only way I found to make it work. 
    Thanks for nothing Logitech support, I hope they fix this problem as soon as possible.

    Thank you Aramis4404 for that link, I have the same problem, could not install G Hub without it crashing, seems to be a problem on this module: logi_installer_shared.dll. That pops up as a broken module when trying to install G Hub.


    Update, seems that I cannot open G Hub after I close it.
