How to get support for logidock

I wanted to find out how to use the logidock to streamline connecting two computers to a single monitor. I tried asking the auto support and received the information that it could not help. I then asked how to get help that the autobot could not provide. it responded that it could not help with that question either. I cannot see the logidock as an option for help topics on the support.logi website. 

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
