    Hello Chan,

Thank you for reaching out. We would request you to please try the below steps to help fix the issue you are facing:

    1. Check if the headset is detected in the device manager.
    2. Check if the headset is selected as the default device under "Sound Properties" (right-click the speaker icon and select "Playback Devices").
    3. Plug the USB cable into a different USB port.
    4. Avoid using KVM Switches, Port Replicators, and USB Hubs.
    5. Limit the use of USB 3.0 ports.
    6. Try the headset on another computer and see how it goes.
    7. Try using another 3.5mm jack and test on different devices.
    8. Update the device's firmware:
    • Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html • Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings
    • If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
    9. Try on another computer.

In case you need additional support, please write back to us.

    Best regards,
    Zain
