    1. I CONDEMN LOGITECH CUSTOMER CARE MAIL DT. 07TH JUNE 2022 ALONG WITH A RPAD LETTER RECEIVED BY ME ON 03RD JUNE 2022 FROM AUTHORISED LOGITECH SERVICE CENTRE ACCEL IT SERVICES, CHENNAI - 600 034. AND I TERM BOTH AS "APPALLED & EXCRUCIATING" AS IT CONTAINS IRRELEVANT, EVASIVE REPLIES WITH SOME MALAFIDE INTENTIONS.

IN MY CONVERSATION AT LOGITECH CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT I HAD DISCLOSED THE FACTS WHICH I HAD FACED THERE IS NO NEED OR TO ELSE FURNISH REPLY WHETHER & WHY IT IS NECESSARY FOR ME TO WORK WITH YOU IN THIS REGARD TO GET APPROPRIATE RESOLUTION, I AM NOT YOUR STAFF/WORKER. YOU ARE BOUNDED TO DISCHARGE YOUR DUTIES SINCE YOU'RE STAFF OF & AT LOGITECH. NO SALARY IS PAID OR EVER GOING TO BE PAID TO ME - BE REMINDED I AM BEING A LOGITECH CUSTOMER. WHY THERE IS A NEED FOR TEAM LOGITECH TO TARGET ME UNNECESSARILY. I AM ALSO HARASSED AND TORTURED WITH DETERMINED AND DELIBERATE INTENTIONS IN LONG MARATHON FOLLOW UPS AT YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE - ENSURE / ACCEL ETC.,  I HAD SHARED SOME SERIOUS ISSUES PERTAINING TO YOUR ORGANIZATION PARTICULARLY SOME UNETHICAL ELEMENTS AT SERVICE CENTRE THAT TOO WITHOUT ANY MORALS. BUT YOU'RE NOT SEEMS TO BE INTERESTED IN RECTIFYING THE SAME.  ALSO I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE TERM "PHYCIACLY DAMAGED" IN YOUR MAIL.
     
    3. A LOGITECH B-100 OPTICAL MOUSE  IS GIVEN FOR REPLACEMENT/SERVICE ON 08TH OCT 2021 SINCE IT IS NOT WORKING AND A LOGITECH CUSTOMER RECEIPT BEARING W/o. NO : LT/CSC/21/R/02130 IS PROVIDED TO ME AND TILL THIS DATE & TIME I AM HOLDING ITS ORIGINAL COPY WITH ME WITHOUT ANY REPLACEMENT AND LOSS OF WARRANTY PERIOD NEEDLESS TO MENTION HERE. ON FURTHER FOLLOW UPS SOME FLIMSY REPLIES WERE GIVEN. THE SAGA OF EVASIVE, FLIMSY REPLIES CONTINUED TILL TODAY AND MAY BE EXTENDED FURTHER TOO ? OR NOT ?

ON MY FURTHER FOLLOW UPS YOUR SERVICE CENTRE PERSONNELS NOT EVEN WILLING TO ADMIT THAT THE PRODUCT GIVEN FOR REPLACEMENT IS LYING WITH THEM AFTER LONG ROUND OF CONVERSATION THEY HAVE TO & HAD ADMITTED THIS FACT THAT PRODUCT IS STILL WITH THEM ONLY. BUT IN THE NEXT MOMENT THEY ARE INVENTING SOME UNIQUE DISCOVERY OF SOME RAT BITTEN, PHYSICAL DAMAGE THEORY WHICH I HAD REJECTED OUT RIGHT.

WHAT MAKING TO RELY ON FALSE CLAIM OF LOGITECH SERVICE CENTRE THAT IT IS RAT BITTEN / PHYSICAL DAMAGE ONLY AFTER DENYING THE FACT THAT THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS NOT WITH THEM AS SINCE I HAD TAKEN IT BACK - WHICH I NEVER DONE. THOUGH IT HAS BEEN AGREED LATERON THAT THE PRODUCT IS STILL LYING WITH THEM AND THE SAME IS MENTIONED IN THE LETTER DT. 03RD JUNE 2022 OF ACCEL. WHILE CONVERSATION AT LOGITECH SERVICE CENTRE THE PERSONNELS INCLUDING ONE BARBARIC MANAGER ALL OF THEM ARE FORCING ME TO SEND THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AS SINCE THE CALL IS CLOSED LONG BACK WITHOUT ANY ACTUAL RESOLUTION IN PLACE AND TO SUPPORT THEIR CLAIM THEY ARE ACTING UPON SO. THEY NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WILL TAKE THIS ISSUE FURTHER SINCE IN THE CONVERSATION THEY ARE ADAPTING VERY SMARTER AND UNIQUE WAY TO THREATEN ME - BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY COULDN'T SUCCEED IN THEIR ATTEMPT. EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS THE ADAMANT MANAGER TILL DATE UNABLE TO SHARE HIS MAIL ID SO AS I COULD FORWARD MY GRIEVANCES TO HIM THUS IT IS EVIDENT THAT CONCERN PERSON OF LOGITECH KNOWINGLY OR UNKNOWINGLY RUNNING A FAULTY COMPLAINT & SERVICE MECHANISM BY WHICH THE CUSTOMER ARE AT RECEIVING END. AT ONE POINT OF TIME MANAGER AT SERVICE CENTRE IS VOLUNTARILY AGREED  TO PAY THE CASH EQUIVALENT TO THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT, BUT CITED HIS INABILITY TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT.
     
    6. THE STAFF AT DESK INFORMED NOTHING ON 08TH OCTOBER 2021. IF IT IS DAMAGED WHY A CUSTOMER RECEIPT IS ISSUED WHEN LIBERTY IS AT PLACE TO REJECT THE WARRANTY CLAIM STRAIGHT AWAY. BUT INVENTING SOME THING ABSURD PAST NEARLY 250 DAYS I.E., RAT BITTEN NATURED PHYSICAL DAMAGED. HENCE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT WHAT IS THE BENCH MARK OR HOW IT IS ASCERTAINED THAT IT IS A  RAT BITTEN NATURED PHYSICAL DAMAGED OR IT IS CUSTOMER INDUCED DAMAGE. WHY IT COULDN'T BE CAT BITTEN NATURED PHYSICAL DAMAGED PAST 500 DAYS OR DOG BITTEN NATURED PHYSICAL DAMAGED PAST 1000 DAYS. YOU'RE MAKING MOCKERY OF TEAM LOGITECH. IF YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING REPLACEMENT BE BOLD ENOUGH - BE MAN TO TELL  THAT NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED AND NO REASONS ARE NECESSARY TO STATE FURTHER. BUT DON'T ADAPT CHEAP, MAGICAL & WEIRD TACTICS. SINCE RELOCATING & RENAMING A SERVICE CENTRE REQUIRES LOT OF EFFORTS, STRAINS AND IF ANY MISHANDLING HAS BEEN DONE THROW IT ON THE INNOCENT CUSTOMERS IT'S DAMN EASY. BUT IT'S NOT.
     
    7. THE PERSONS AT CUSTOMER CARE WITH GREAT CLARITY ADMITTING THAT PRODUCT MEANT FOR WARRANTY CLAIM PAST 3 MONTHS IF NOT COLLECTED SHOULD BE SENT FOR REFURBISH CENTRE OF LOGITECH AND THE SERVICE CENTRES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HOLD IT PAST 3 MONTHS. BUT CONTRARY TO THIS IN MY CASE THEY ARE HOLDING THE PRODUCT FOR NEARLY 250 DAYS ONLY AFTER DENYING AND POST ADMITTING THE SAME THAT TOO FORCING AND THREATENING FOR ORIGINAL CUSTOMER RECEIPT BUT THE MANAGER AT SERVICE CENTRE IS ADAMANT ENOUGH THAT HE WON'T SHARE HIS MAIL ID AND THE CONCERN PERSONS ARE NOT WILLING TO SHARE THE MANAGER MOBILE NO. ALSO  AND I WAS FURTHER ASTONISHED WHEN CUSTOMER CARE PERSON ALSO NOT WILLING TO SHARE THE MAIL ID OF LOGITECH CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
     
    8. IT'S A HORRIBLE FACT THAT WHILE CONVERSATION AT SERVICE CENTRE IT IS ALSO ADMITTED BY THE PERSON OVER THERE IF ANY ISSUE OR ISSUES ARISES WHICH ARE HANDLED BY EX-STAFF THEN THE CURRENT STAFF ON DESK ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO ANSWER FOR THE SAME AND THEY ARE AT THEIR LIBERTY TO DISCONNECT THE LINE OR BEHAVE IN WHATEVER WAY THEY LIKE. THEY ARE LEAST CARED ABOUT THE LOGITECH CUSTOMER WHO ARE LEFT IN LURCH DUE TO THEIR RUDE BUT INFACT IT IS COWARD ACTS & BEHAVIOURS IN NATURE SINCE THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE ANY REASONABLE OR SATISFACTORY REPLY.
     
    9. IF ANY UNFORTUNATE SCENARIO IS THERE AT COMPANY LEVEL OR AT SERVICE CENTRE LEVEL SO AS IT IS THAT DIFFICULT TO REPLACE A PRODUCT IT COULD BE UNDERSTOOD IF YOU SHARE THE SAME TO ME, ELSE ON FALSE GROUNDS, IRRELEVANT AND EVASIVE NATURE OF FLIMSY REPLIES WON'T BE TOLERATED FURTHER. LSC RECEIVED THE PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY REMARKS, BUT LATER ON GOING ON FURNISHING ABSURD REPLIES WILL EVENTUALLY PAVES WAY FOR ME TO TAKE SHELTER OF LAW. SINCE PRODUCT < 500 INR IS THAT BIG FOR LOGITECH TO REPLACE WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY THEN I AM A COMMON CITIZEN OF THIS LAND WHY I LET GO A PRODUCT < 500 INR LET THE LAW OF LAND TAKE ITS DUE COURSE. UNNECESSARY CLERICAL LABOUR JOB, FOLLOW UPS TIME ARE ENOUGH FOR UNDUE MENTAL AGONY AND TORTURE.
     
    10.  PERTAINING TO INTIMATIONS TO CUSTOMER THE LETTER DATED 03RD JUNE 2022 OF ACCEL STATING 15 DAYS OF TIME TO COLLECT THE PRODUCT BUT CONTRARY TO THIS THE CUSTOMER RECEIPT DT. 08TH OCTOBER 2021 OF ACCEL SHOWING 30 DAYS OF TIME FOR THE SAME. HENCE IT IS CLEAR THE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE MEANINGLESS, NOT RESPECTED  AND COULD BE BEND TO BREAK IT COMPLETELY. LET EVEN THE TRUST OF & ON LOGITECH CUSTOMERS SEEMS TO HAVE NO MEANING ULTIMATELY. FURTHER NO INFORMATION IS PROVIDED NO WERE, ELSE WERE OR PRINTED ANY WHERE PERTAINING TO REPLACEMENT TIME OF THE PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY PRODUCT WISE/MODEL WISE.

    FIRST KINDLY NOTE "TRUST & RESPECT" THESE ARE THE TWO VERY BIG ASSETS WHICH PLAYS A VITAL AND DOMINANT ROLE IN ANY ORGANIZATION I.E., SUCCESSFULL ORGANIZATION.

     
    FIRSTLY MY TRUST IS SHOOK IN THE ENTIRE EPISODE OF WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. 
     
    REPLACEMENT APPROVAL AFTER PERSISTING AND UNDUE MENTAL HARRASMENT NEARLY PAST 250 DAYS IS A VERY BIG QUESTION MARK ON THE FUNCTIONING OF LSC/LWIC. 
     
    UNFORTUNATELY THE LCC SUPPORT ALSO HAVE TO RELY ON THE TRUTH WHICH ARE DOMINANTELY CONTROLLED BY THE SERVICE CENTRE BUT NOT BY ALL MEANS.
     
    THE SERVICE CENTRE ARE ALSO WELL PLACED IN THE POSITION WHERE THEY CAN TEACH THEIR OWN RIGHTs & WRONGs WITHOUT ANY ETHICS OR MORAL TO ANYONE. 
     
    ALL NATURE OF MISLED, HOODWINKING WITH THE CUSTOMER DONE THAT TOO WITHOUT ANY SPECIFIC MEANINGFUL OR LEGITIMATE PURPOSE.
     
    NOW WHEN TIRED DOING ALL THOSE MISADVENTURES FOR NEARLY 250 DAYS COMMANDING TO COLLECT THE REPLACED PRODUCT AT A PLACE WHERE THERE IS A VERY BIG & MASSIVE ISSUE THAT IS LACK OF  "HONORIFICs".
     
    THE COMPLETE ABSENCE PERTAINING IN "SIGN OF RESPECT" SUBJECT TO ME ALONE OR WHETHER THIS PREVAILS OVER ENTIRE CUSTOMER OF LOGITECH/ACCEL IT SERVICES AS THE LOGITECH CUSTOMER-RECEIPT DT. 08.10.2021 ALSO REPLICATES THE SAME AS ACCEL IT SERVICES LETTER DT. 31.05.2022 TO ME.
     
    IT IS CLEARLY DEPICTED AND CAN BE UNDERSTOOD VERY CLEARLY THAT THERE IS LACK OF RESPECT AT LSC/LWIC THAT TOO IN WRITTEN, NEEDLESS TO MENTION THEIR RUDE & ABSURD TELEPHONIC CONVERSATIONS.
     
    FORCING ANYONE INCLUDING ME TO VISIT TO A PLACE (ACCEL IT SERVICES - LWC/LWIC) WHERE THERE IS NIL RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT TOO FOR COLLECTING THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT WILL BE A BLOW TO THE INDIVIDUAL SELF RESPECT.
     
    LASTLY EXPECTING REPLY FOR ALL THE ABOVE WITH REASON FOR DELAY IN REPLACEMENT, INCLUDING OTHER OPTIONS WHICH MAY CAN BE SUGGESTED / EXPLORED BY THE LCC SUPPORT SO AS THE REPLACED PRODUCT CAN BE REACHED WITH EXTENSION OF WARRANTY PERIOD (DUE TO DELAYED REPLACEMENT) TO THE CUSTOMER PLACE IN MEANTIME.

HENCE YOUR CLAIM THAT " We are calling u past 2 days but your mobile number is switched off" ENDS IN FUTILE AND CONCERNED ARE FURTHER EXPOSED FOR PROVIDING EVASIVE & FABRICATED NATURED DAMAGE CONTROL REPLIES TO SAVE THEIR RESPECTIVE FACE.

    YOU CAN ALSO PROVIDE THE CONTACT No. DATE AND TIME FOR FURTHER COMMENTS FROM ME TO MAKE FURTHER INNOVATIVE INNOVATION ON "MOBILE NUMBER SWITCHED OFF THEORY" OF YOURS.

    finally where there is no respect AT ALL at LSC / LWIC FOR LOGITECH CUSTOMERS INCLUDING ME. THEN WHY I SHOULD VISIT TO THE PLACE FOR FURTHER EMBARASSMENT. IT IS A BLOW TO MY SELF RESPECT TOO. OTHER OPTIONS CAN BE EXERCISED SO AS THE REPLACED PRODUCT COULD REACH ME TO PUT A PERIOD TO THIS MENACE.

    (3) use of consumables, such as replacement batteries, not supplied by Logitech except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
