No Support for 2 and a Half Months A Disgraceful Company
AnsweredWe have a company that is incapable of creating and responding to a return label every 2 and a half months. I opened ticket #[Removed by Moderator]on April 14th and they asked for my confirmation to take the product back. I confirmed. Then they said the return label will come within 48 hours, totally false. It's been 1680 hours and nothing has come. They keep saying I'm connecting to support 48 hours but it's a complete lie. Already 5 days ago, the request was closed as a result of their own mistakes. Maybe it's not a mistake, they just closed it because they wanted to close it. They try to look good to you so much that when you write a message in the community, they respond as if they are interested, but they are not interested. There is never any response. Now, an authorized person responds to this, we conveyed it so that a response will come as soon as possible. I'm telling you, if you're reading an authority to answer this, don't give such an answer. If you give such an answer because it will be understood that you answered without reading. I don't want to read a forwarded response that will be dealt with in any way. I've already bought the last product from a company that has a disgraceful support like you. If there are people reading this, if you're thinking of buying it, don't buy it. They are incapable of even creating a return label in 2 and a half months.

It's been three months and there may be not anything however your fudge answers. To cowl your mistake, you're making the antique price price tag closed.
