    Also, Logitech Setting software has been replaced by Logi Tune and is no longer supported. We request you use Logitech G HUB or Logi Tune software.

    I find it unbelievable that I cannot reach even a chatbot.  What software is available to control my new C920X webcam?  Earlier cameras came with some software or at least a link.  I am on a Windows 11 system 64. I found Logitune, but I'm not satisfied with the size of preview screen.  The "Logitech Camera Settings" app will not allow me to tilt or move the camera.  And I am not satisfied with the amount of zoom available on the camera.  Mine shows too much area and I want it to be able to focus just on my head and shoulders.

    I also want to know how to convert the image I see to a mirror image.

    I downloaded and loaded the software.  BUT, all the actual controls over zooming and picture adjustment are "whited out."  How do I access them?

    I have downloaded both G HUB and Logi Tune.  I have an earlier "Logitech Webcam Software" that still works like a charm.  Is this still available for download from the website.  I have it on another computer and cannot find the .exe program to transfer it.  So far, I am unimpressed with the Logi Tune, and the G HUB's controls are all whited out and not useable.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for reaching out. We would suggest you try the steps below:

    The setting you are looking for can be found under the Source 1 or Source 2 submenu (if your BRIO is the only camera connected to your computer, it will likely be Source 1). Then scrolling to the bottom of the list of options to "Advanced Settings" and click the slider. Then "Horizontally Flip Source" should be an option

    When adjusting the "Horizontally Flip Source" you would be able to fix the mirror image or to use it if this is the view you prefer.

    After the settings are adjusted, you can follow the steps below:

    -Open the program you intend to use with your Camera. Make sure your camera feed is being shown through this program.

    -Open Logitech Capture. It will not have your camera feed in it but will have the option to control everything.

    -Change the settings/manipulate the controls in Logitech Capture to see it immediately reflected inside of whatever program you are using your webcam with.
