G923 FFB Issues
AnsweredHi all
So I've had my wheel for a month and everything is working fine. When playing on games such as AC, ACC, and ETS2 force feedback works perfectly.
However when I try to play EA/Codemaster games such as F1 2021, and Dirt Rally 2.0 I get no FFB at all.
The strangest thing is though sometimes after restarting, loading ghub then closing ghub I can get it to work from time to time most of the time just firing up the game I get nothing, and find it really annoying!
Could someone please help as about to choke the thing through the window as so frustrated and feeling like I should of bought a different wheel!

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out and we are sorry for the delay in response.
Please do follow the below steps and check if the issue gets resolved:
1. Update the device's firmware:
• Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)
• Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings
• If a firmware update is available, a Blue "Update" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
2. If your G923 racing wheel does not exhibit any force feedback during gameplay on your PC, check the following:
• Make sure that the G923 wheel is powered using the provided power supply. If the LED on the wheel is blinking slowly, this usually indicates that there is no power. Check the connection at the wheel, at the power supply, and at the wall socket.
• Make sure that you’ve installed the latest version of Logitech G HUB Software. The G923 racing wheels require G HUB to be installed on your PC for force feedback to function.
• Confirm that the steering functions (including force feedback) are properly mapped in the game’s control options or settings.
3. Set wheel sensitivity in G HUB: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360051041774
4. Enable and adjust the Centering Spring in G HUB.
5. Check in game settings.
6. Check with different games or PC.Regards,
Shrivathsa
