Circle View Doorbell Connection Issues with HomeKit

I can't seem to get the doorbell to connect to HomeKit.  I've tried resetting the doorbell multiple times, using a different micro-USB and power source, and completely resetting HomeKit.  If I scan the QR code, I get "Accessory Not Found".  If I scan the NFC, it says it's already in HomeKit but I can't find it anywhere.  I'm stumped. Any suggestions?
