I've had this doorbell since May 16 (3 months), which has worked great until tonight. I now receive constant "Motion Detected" notifications when there are not notifications. 15-20 times an hour this happens. This failure has rendered the device essentially useless, every motion notification is recorded even though it doesn't detect a person or package as set up in HomeKit.

I have seen many complaints of this issue on the Logitech Support forum and Reddit, at no point has Logitech provided any useful support. I would like a real response on how Logitech will remedy this issue, this device costs far too much to become a paperweight!

I tried to initiate the support warranty request through the chat bot tonight, and when I enter my product serial number it responded, "Sorry I can't help with that yet."... End of conversation. I'll be calling in the morning to discuss with a person.
