I had my Circle VIew Doorbell about a month ago, and it when unresponsive two weeks ago. So, yesterday, after much reading here, I dismounted it from it's case, brought it into the house, hooked it up to multiple USB cables and bricks, successfully reboot it multiple times and not once can I get Homekit to see it now.
After each reboot, I do confirm that I have heard two beeps, after the doorbell cycled from yellow to purple to flashing purple LEDs. I confirm that it went to a solid green LED before trying to pair it. Every time, it returns as unable to see the device.
I was so happy to get this, as I have been a Logitech fanboy for decades. I have always viewed Logitech as a safe and reliable bet for computer peripherals... but now, I am getting frustrated, as all I see concerning my issue is the same repeated steps, with one very convoluted and long process which includes unplugging my Apple TVs for a week. Is this what I have to do now?
