I’m having the same problem. Two of my cameras disconnected. Got one back online by removing it and reinstalling but the other one, which is literally next to the router just won’t reconnect. Can’t find a solution anyway

SEEMS LIKE A COMMON PROBLEM. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT NOBODY KNOWS THE ANSWER TO THIS? I AM STUCK TOO

I am here with a similar issue with a LogiCircle 2 camera. It is one of 5 cameras I have used successfully for almost 5 years. This one camera went offline last week and I have tried every combination of power on/off, 9-second reset, 45-second reset, and different WiFi networks but it will not come back online. The camera is detected by the Logitech Setup routine and accepts the network choice and password but fails after trying to connect to the Cloud. During all this, the other 4 Circle 2 cameras are working fine so I know it is not a local network issue. It's a weekend so I can't call Logitech Support until they open back up.

I will say I have had issues before with the cameras being finicky at reconnecting but I could always get it back online. This camera is in a window mount so the Reset Button is really hard to press and hold. I just finally took it down and have it on my desk.

I would appreciate any suggestions or other experiences in fixing this. It is certainly possible I have a hardware failure but it would be a subtle one since all the LEDs and Reset seem to work and the Setup Routine finds the camera.

    Thanks

Just today Logi support wrote me and they asked for details in order to change in warranty. Looks like it is faulty when it does that.

That's interesting to hear. I guess I will call Logitech Support on Monday for help. My cameras are well past the warranty period, however. Worth a try.

For what it's worth, I just finished a 1 hour+ Support call to try to get this camera back online. Unfortunately, none of the troubleshooting steps were successful. My 4 other cameras still work and this troublesome one is consistently "Located" by the app but fails at the "Connecting to Cloud" step every time with the LED circle changing from Blue to pulsing White.

The only other suggestion was for me to use one of my cell phones to create a mobile wi-fi hotspot and use that to completely eliminate my main wi-fi router. I might give that a try but it's not looking good.

    Thanks for the help.

  • Was there any fix for this green ring? I have four cameras all with the same issue and I have tried everything I’ve found online. I did order two new cameras since all of mine stopped being able to be found.

Having contacted Logitech support, they confirmed that the camera was dead, as it's only 4 years old I pressed for some redress, however despite the support agent escalating the issue, I have received confirmation from the "higher" support team that there is nothing else they are prepared to do other than offer me a pair of 20% discount vouchers that I can use against the purchase of more their (short lived) products.  Given my experience of this camera, having bought it from what I thought was reputable manufacturer with good quality products, I have now re-evaluated my opinion - I wont be buying any more Logitech products and will advise anyone who asks to avoid them like the plague.
