    Hi,

I uninstalled zoom and reinstalled the latest version(Version: 5.11.3 (9065) and I am still getting the same issue.

Another thing to note is that once I correct the video with logitune and i turn off my video in zoom an turn it back on, it reverts back to the low res state.

I have the same issue with my C920 cam and with Streamlabs. If you try to change the settings and close out and go back in to zoom or streamlabs it won't save your settings. This is a problem with the webcam not saving your settings and cannot be fixed unless you do it through Logitech's software G Hub.

Glad to see others are having the same issue. So I installed Ghub but im having the same issue, is there something specific I need to go in G Hub?

Also do you know if this issue is specific to just logitech or do most other major webcam brands also have this same issue?

You should be able to set the brightness and contrast you like and save it from the G Hub and it should fix it from resetting because it's supposed to save it to the camera from there. But I don't know, I can't even get my camera to connect to G Hub so I'm not too much help. Logitech's technical and customer support is horrendous. I've reached out to them through their "24/7" chat and just got a stupid bot saying that it couldn't help me.

Other people have had this problem and it's a problem with the camera's GPU not saving the settings directly to the camera, it's supposed to be fixed through their horrible software but like I said, I can't even connect my cam to it. It seems to be only present in Logitech's cameras as far as I can see because the only people who have had this problem have had it with the C920 or some version of it. Really disappointed all around and will not be buying anything from Logitech again unless they make it right...

Sorry you also have to deal with this.

Well at least my G Hub is recognizing my webcam. However still having the same issue with zoom messing up the resolution when I open it. I also made sure to quit logitune to make sure logitune wasn't interfering with G Hub.

Probably best to just return it. Any recommendations for a better webcam?

I hear the SUIRUI Webcam is pretty good. And yeah, I might do the same thing tbh. I'm sick of trying to jump through hoops for Logitech.

I thought I was going nuts! I'm experiencing the same thing. In the logitech software or photobooth on my macbook, the quality of the video is fine except for a little stuttering. Once I open zoom, it turns bright green and jumbles the video. But if I have the logitech software running and then start zoom it mysteriously works.

I tried reinstalling Zoom. No luck. Ugh! Everything was working great until randomly a couple of weeks ago this started happening.
