Just adding, I can’t use my Airpods Max at all on a M1 max macbook pro while having an MX Master 3s connected. Turning off the mouse solves the issue instantly.

    Same here. My setup:

    2019 16" MBP running Monterey
    AirPods Pro 2019
    MX Master 3
    MX Master Keys

My workaround is the unifying receiver, but since I have to use an adapter with it, it's not the low-profile solution that it was designed to be and I don’t consider it to be a solution.

Same here. Robotic voice issue occurs when using my AirPods Pro on both my 2022 M1 MBP and my 2019 MBP using either the MX Anywhere 3 and MX Mechanical Mini. Turning both the mouse and keyboard off solves the problem.

Same thing here on 16" MBP 2019 (Monterey), AirPods Pro 2019, MX Master 3.

I dont understand why related threads marked as answered. Will be looking for a different mouse.

If you all feel so inclined, you could leave a review on the product you purchased as well. Doesn’t seem like the support forums are getting much traction reviews might.

It works perfectly fine with headphones of another vendor, so I wouldn't be so assured that problem is 100% on the Logitech side.

I think it somewhere in the middle.

In order to make mouse moving smoothly they need to send bunch of data from mouse to bluetooth module without any possible interruptions. That's why mouse generate lots of traffic.

Why Sony's headphones can work with MBP without any problems and AirPods not?

So, probably 1-star review couldn't be fair in this case.

    Hi Vasanth,

Please don’t mark this as answered as you have not answered how to fix the issue we’re describing.

No one in this thread or the related thread you marked Answered is describing mouse or keyboard lag.

VASANTH J Why are you marking this answered? Your article is not relevant and this thread was only opened because a past thread was erroneously marked answered.

Please do not mark this answered as this is an open issue.

VASANTH J this issue happens when one OR two of my MX peripherals are connected. I have both the MX Keys and MX Master 3 mouse.

Why is this topic still marked answered? Please remove that tag. This is not answered and is affecting hundreds of people.

VASANTH J why it still marked as answered? It is NOT answered, and not worked.

To clarify my post, the robotic voice issue happens when I have just my MX Master 3 mouse connected via Bluetooth, and when I have both my mouse and MX Keys connected via Bluetooth. I haven’t experienced any mouse or keyboard lag. This is on a 2019 16" MBP running Monterey.

I am having the same robotic voice issue with Airpods Pro (1) + MX 3 Mouse + Macbook Pro 2019 16". MacOS Monterey is almost a year old, Ventura is around the corner. The issue still persist. Seven months ago someone told us you were working on it. Why is there no fix yet? Please put it the ticket into a sprint in Q4 and fix it. It's so frustrating.

My current workaround for using the MX 3 Mouse and the Airpods Pro together is to switch the sound input on my macbook to the macbook microphone when having a call (instead to the airpods microphone). But it still sucks because I have to switch audio inputs alllllll the time now..

For those wondering, the issue is still present with the new AirPods Pro (Gen 2).

FYI: I’ve emailed two popular Mac/Apple news and rumors sites about this issue, including links to this thread and multiple others, in hopes Logitech can actually address the issue or at the very least stop pretending to have addressed it.

I will never buy a Logitech product. I want to return MX Key for Mac, MX Keys Mini for Mac, MX Anywhere for Mac, and MX Master 3 for Mac.

If you are selling a product named "for Mac" you have to make sure all of the apple ecosystem products are working when Logitech products are connected via Bluetooth.  Shame on you Logi!! It's been a year.

I will email Logitech and mention the Consumer Laws of the UK. They have to provide support for their products for 6 years here. I want my money back!!
