    I would recommend you to please try the following troubleshooting steps and check if the issue can be fixed.

    To start our troubleshooting, please complete the following:

    """- Power off your computer
    2- Please connect the camera directly to your computer using the factory issued USB cable.
    3- Power your computer back on.
    4- Proceed to the System Report and expand """"Cameras"""" and """"Imaging Devices"""" in order to see if your camera is recognized by your computer.
    5- After confirming that your computer is recognizing your computer, download the Logitech Capture application using the following link.
