Please use Logitech G HUB on a PC/Mac or Logitech G App on iPhone/Android to confirm that you are running the latest firmware. In G HUB, select the A50/A50X tile on the home screen, then select the gear icon on the lower left portion of the app. You should now see the A50/A50X settings screen. Under Firmware Version, you should see Firmware is up to date. If not, select Update Firmware to ensure you have the latest firmware.
