The multicast function of Cisco Linksys router model BEFSR41 is set as disabled by default. This setting needs to be enabled on the router for Alert software to find your cameras.
To enable the multicast function on the BEFSR41 router:

Make sure the router has the latest firmware (see your router's manual for help).

Go to the Security > Filter settings in your router.

Select Enable for the "Filter Multicast" setting.

Save your router settings.

Try to find your camera again.
