Rally video and audio will work with any application that supports USB Video Class, which is pretty much any video conferencing application. Once the device is recognized by your operating system, the application will, in turn, recognize Rally.
Specific applications include Skype for Business, Zoom, Google Hangouts, BlueJeans, Vidyo, GoToMeeting — to name a few.
