When the Calculator key on the MX5500 is pressed, it turns the LCD display into a calculator and the numpad becomes input for it. While your keyboard is in this mode, you won't be able to use the numpad for other applications.
To exit calculator mode and use the numpad with applications:
Press the Calculator key to exit calculator mode.
Open Notepad or the application of your choice.
Enter a few numbers on the numpad to test it. The numbers should now display on-screen again.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
