If the Harmony Ultimate Hub isn't connecting to Wi-Fi, try the following:
Unplug the power adapter from the hub and then plug it back in to reboot it (the hub takes about 30 seconds to reboot).
Confirm that you entered your router's correct SSID (your Wi-Fi network's name) and password.
Confirm your Wi-Fi is working by using another device and making sure it connects.
Move your hub so that it's in range of your router, and remove obstructions that might be causing interference.
Make sure your network meets the minimum requirements (see answer 360023257754).
Power cycle your router by unplugging the power adapter and plugging it back in.
Make sure your smart device is connected to the 2.4GHz frequency on the router, as Harmony Ultimate Hub isn't compatible with 5GHz.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
