You can save Dell Video Chat or SightSpeed video mail recordings to your computer. Here's how:

Log in to your Dell Video Chat or SightSpeed account.

Click Actions, and then select "My Messages > Video Mail History".

Click the video mail you want to save. It will open in a new browser window.

Right-click the Save button (found beneath the Send button on the right side of the page).

Select the "Save target as..." option and save to your preferred location.
You can also save video mail messages from other users to your computer. Here's how:

Locate the video mail notification in your email inbox.

Right-click the Save button (found beneath the shaded Share This Video panel).

Select the "Save target as..." option and save to your preferred location.
