Logitech certified refurbished Harmony remotes are pre-owned products that must undergo Logitech's refurbishment process to match Logitech's stringent quality standards. These products have been returned under Logitech’s return and refund policies. While only some units are returned due to technical issues, all units undergo a stringent quality refurbishment process.
Each Refurbished Product:
Must pass a detailed inspection before being approved as a Logitech certified refurbished product
Is refurbished with replacement parts for any defective components identified in testing
Is thoroughly cleaned and inspected
Is repackaged in a brown box instead of a retail packaging
Is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction

As hardware and operating systems continue to evolve, legacy software eventually reaches a point where it can no longer be updated or maintained to current standards. Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) has been succeeded by G HUB for all new devices since 2019, and all hardware compatible with LGS is now out of warranty.
Effective October 31, 2026, all LGS installation files, download links, and support documentation will be permanently removed from the official Logitech website.
We understand some users may still want access to the installer in the future. We are currently exploring alternative resources to make this possible.
