If your tablet stops responding to key presses in apps like Browser, use the steps below to try to resolve the issue. Be sure to test the keyboard between each step to see if functionality is restored.
Power your tablet keyboard off, and then back on, using the switch at the top right of the keyboard.
Make sure there are fresh batteries in your keyboard (see answer 360023413433 for instructions).
Restart your tablet. (NOTE: Tablets have different restart procedures, so refer to your product manual to learn how to restart yours.)
Make sure your keyboard is properly paired with your tablet. For reconnecting instructions, see answers 360023413433 and 360023413433.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience.
