To connect your iPad to your keyboard folio:

Move the iPad holder into typing position to power on and connect the keyboard automatically.
NOTE: If the keyboard isn't working, follow the steps below to pair and connect your keyboard.
The status light will blink green for two seconds.
NOTE: If the status light turns red, you need to charge your keyboard battery. See answer 360023418233for more information.

Press the Bluetooth button, when the status light blinks blue, your keyboard folio is ready to pair with your iPad.

Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your iPad and make sure Bluetooth is on.
NOTE: Once the iPad discovers your FabricSkin Keyboard Folio i5, it will be listed in the Devices section. -
Tap FabricSkin Keyboard Folio i5 to pair the keyboard with your iPad.

When the pairing is complete, the iPad will show "Connected" as the status of your FabricSkin Keyboard Folio i5. The status light on your keyboard will be solid blue. You should then be able to use the keyboard with any iPad application that accepts keyboard inputs.
NOTE: If a PIN is requested, type the PIN code shown on-screen, and then press Enter.
