- The Logitech User Experience Program collects data about your system configuration, the mouse and keyboard you are using, and the applications you have installed (the “Static Data” below). You will also be asked if you would like to take an optional survey to help Logitech better understand their customers. As you use your computer, the Logitech User Experience Program collects information about how you use your mouse and keyboard, and the applications you use (the “Dynamic Data” below). All this information is collected anonymously, and is combined with data from other users.
Static (One-Time) Data

7. Monitor size
8. Installed applications
9. Count of recently used documents (by file extension; does not capture document names)
Dynamic Data
1. Mouse button press events
2. Keyboard special key press events (e.g. F3 or a volume button)
3. Keyboard shortcut events (e.g. ALT-TAB)
4. Aggregated keyboard key activity (typing speed; does not capture the actual letters, characters or numbers)
5. Total mouse cursor activity (distance moved)
6. Scroll wheel activity
7. Keyboard, mouse cursor and scroll wheel inactivity
8. When a mouse or keyboard is plugged-in or removed
9. Keyboard key and mouse button reassignments
10. Mouse scroll wheel mode changes
11. Application starts and exits
12. Application switches
13. System events (standby/hibernate/resume, login/logout, user switches)
14. Keyboard and mouse device activity profile
You will be given the opportunity to review each data report before it is sent to Logitech, reports will be sent approximately once a week, and the program will run for 30 days before automatically uninstalling itself.
