If you’re not getting any audio from your G560 speakers, first check the following:
- Make sure all speaker cables are connected and thumbscrews are tightened
- Make sure you’re using only the included Logitech accessories (ex: cables)
- Confirm the G560 Gaming Speakers are detected in Device Manager:
Location: Control Panel > All Control Panel Items, and click Device Manager.

- Confirm that the latest audio driver is installed:
- In Device Manager, right-click G560 Gaming Speaker and choose Properties.
- Click Update Driver and select Search automatically for updated driver software.
