Support for pairing the BOLT receiver on Chrome OS is not yet available. However, you can use the Logi app available on Windows OS or Mac OS to unpair/pair your device(s). For this pairing process, you will need to download and install LOGITECH OPTIONS+. Once installed, please select the ADD DEVICE button in the top right corner of the screen, then select the LOGI BOLT RECEIVER and follow the onscreen instructions.
NOTE: You need to follow this process only if you're pairing your mouse to a new BOLT receiver or a receiver from another BOLT device. If you want to repair your mouse with the dongle that came with the product you just need to put the device on pairing mode and connect the dongle to your computer.
