- When you turn on your Jaybird Vista 2 earbuds or take them out from the charging case they will automatically connect to the last connected device, which may not be the one you want to use right now.
- If "Connected" is heard repeatedly from your Vista 2 earbuds, they may be connecting to another paired device. Try to isolate this by turning Bluetooth off on any other paired device.
- Alternatively, on the audio device you used last, disconnect or forget the Jaybird Vista 2 earbuds from the Bluetooth paired list. Then connect the earbuds again to the audio device you want to use by selecting ‘Jaybird Vista 2’ in the list of discovered devices.
