First, make sure that you have a Profile setup for Photoshop in the Actions Ring configuration page:

(Open the Logi Options+ app > Actions Ring section > select Photoshop at the top right or Add it as an Application)

Then open Photoshop, go to the Plugins menu and make sure the Logi Options+ plugin is selected (checkbox). 

If the Plugin is not selected, go ahead and select it and accept the following Security pop-up message. 

Additionally, the Logi Options+ Plugin PANEL in Photoshop should appear with the status “Connected” as shown in the picture below.
