First, make sure that you have a Profile for Premiere Pro in the Actions Ring configuration page:

(Open the Logi Options+ app > Actions Ring section > select Premiere Pro at the top right or Add it as an Application)

Then, open Premiere Pro, go to Window > Extensions and make sure that the Logi Options+ plugin is selected. If the Plugin is not selected, go ahead and select it and accept the Security pop-up message. Once you select the Plugin, the “Logi Options+ Plugin dialog” should appear.

When using the Actions Ring, make sure that the corresponding UI section (in Premiere Pro) has been selected.

Ex: To use the “Add marker” action, focus (or click) on the Timeline panel before pressing the Forward button to open Actions Ring.
